A must is a visit to the 9 hectares of Le Grand Jas cemetery, Avenue de Grasse.  The history of Cannes lies here.  An office just outside has maps listing the graves of famous people and where to find them - from Lord Brougham to Charles Fabergé.  And like many Mediterranean cemeteries it has the best view in town.
