Villa Domergue
The Villa Domergue, owned by Cannes, has had 200,000 euros spent on it in the last 10 years. The salon has been renovated and a huge urn on the terrace has been restored at a cost 10,000 euros. All of this work has been paid for by renting out the villa and its grounds for private functions. The dining room restoration was finished in 2014. The current phase is concentrating on the garden.
Costs 7,118 euros a day to rent
The villa is used by the Film Festival jury for its deliberations.
It is only open to the public in the high season.

Palm Beach
The group Partouche holds the lease for Palm Beach until 2027. While holding on to the casino it has sub-let the management of the rest of the building to Palm Beach Evenementiel. The Gotha Club is sub let to Patrick Tartary and the beach area is run by Thierry Krief.

Dior's Home
Christian Dior's home Le Chateau de la Colle Noir near Fayence, west of Grasse is available for events. Dior bought the property in 1951 and it has recently been restored to his original plans. Landscape architect Philippe Deliau worked closely with perfumer Demachy on redesigning the overgrown gardens.
The property's name is now Dior's latest perfume - La Colle Noir.
